Pinehurst Auto Mall Vehicle Consignment Program
Pinehurst Auto Mall offers the following services to Consignment Clients upon acceptance of a consignment agreement and $189 fee. Services are offered for the duration of the consignment contract:
* Professional appraisal(s) of the vehicle
* Shop quick check-out and vehicle records pulled to aid in sale
*Display of the vehicle on one of our highly visible sales lots
*Listing(s) of the vehicle on one or more internet websites
* Credit check and financing offered for potential qualified buyer(s)
* Negotiations with potential buyers and sellers when necessary
* Confidentiality of buyers and sellers to protect individual privacy
* Trained, professional sales staff to assist the sell your vehicle
*Cleaning of the vehicle as necessary to maintain “curb appeal”
*Accurate Completion of legal sales contracts and documents
* Payoff of your auto loan sent directly to the listed lender (if applicable)
*Agreed Proceeds sent to Client upon funding of the sale.
Qualifications for this program
__ A clear title to the vehicle or a positive equity position is necessary
__ Provide the State Registration card (license plate and state inspection must be current)
__ Provide title/or complete lien information (payments must be kept current while on consignment)
__ Provide keys to the vehicle (2 sets and remotes)
__The vehicle must be no more than 6 model years old
__The vehicle must have no more than 66000 miles on the odometer
__All registered owners must sign all consignment, DMV, and other necessary form(s)
__The vehicle can not be a flood or salvage vehicle, and can not have any DMV stops
__ The vehicle must pass NC inspection requirements and be in good condition
__Provide Insurance Card and agency telephone number. (Full coverage insurance must be maintained on the vehicle by the registered owner during the entire consignment period)
